The MPCA will offer a yearly Certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt training to 17 health center employees.

To participate, health centers must commit to report data on colorectal cancer screenings and diabetes management on a monthly basis.

Meet the Trainers:

Mike Testa is a Certified Black Belt with RiverStone Health in Billings, MT. An Arizona native, he graduated from Ashford University with a Bachelors of Arts degree in Organizational Management. During his career he has worked in a number of areas including education and financial services. As part of the Organizational Innovation team Mike has been integral in the successful deployment of Lean Six Sigma (LSS) at RiverStone Health.

Judy Stewart is the Vice President of Organizational Innovation with RiverStone Health in Billings. A Montana native, she graduated from Montana State University with a Bachelors Degree in Nursing and has a master’s degree in Strategic Leadership from the University of Mary. During her career has worked in a number of areas including Intensive Care, Emergency Room, Cardiac Care, Hospice, Home Health, pharmacy, and case management. She is active in organizational initiatives to improve customer service, cultural awareness, and leadership.
