Training and Events Coordinator for Montana Primary Care Association

FT position. Benefit package; Base salary $45,000 / DOE 

Required:           

  • 2 years experience in related field: project management events coordination or similar field
  • Demonstrated excellence in customer service skills.
  • Demonstrated excellence in organizing people, events, and data.
  • Demonstrated excellence working as a team member.
  • Associate Degree in project management /communications field. Three years of relevant     work experience may be substituted for the education requirement.
  • Successfully demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience with information technology systems such as Microsoft Office 365, email and marketing tools (i.e. Constant Contact); on-line webinar platforms (i.e. Zoom), etc.  Demonstrated experience with software programs to assist with tracking events/training and their impact.                              

Preferred:       

 

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 5 years managing training and events at a state or national level.
  • Experience as a member of the management team.
  • Experience managing detailed financial budgets.
  • Experience with a variety of software programs which address membership tracking systems, payment systems, and interoperability with websites.
