Today’s changing environment challenges health centers to improve operations to boost productivity and to use resources efficiently while improving patients’ clinical outcomes and satisfaction. Centers’ success depends not only on clinic staff and their ability to adapt and perform, but also on electronic systems for patient care and data collection.

MPCA assists clinics with all of these aspects, including assessing needs, providing training opportunities, coaching top and mid-level leaders, and facilitating promoting peer learning networks for operations and financial staff. Training addresses a range of areas, including grants management, revenue maximization, billing and reimbursements, and business planning. MPCA maintains a resource library and website for members that provides quick and easy access to resources and discussion forums. MPCA collaborates with other health systems and initiatives to strategize new operational systems to meet the needs of our and our members’ stakeholders.
