Strategic and Special Projects Manager

The Strategic and Special Projects Manager coordinates strategic planning and implementation of long-term goals and objectives in policy and payment reform areas; develops partnerships and foundation/corporate sponsor relationships and proposals; and works with MPCA’s staff and Executive Director to lead MPCA’s tracking and response to policy issues.

Duties include facilitating and monitoring strategic planning efforts; supporting the Executive Director in developing and monitoring organizational performance objectives; framing and implementing grant and fundraising strategies; and coordinating MPCA’s State administrative policy agenda.

The position requires education and experience equivalent to Bachelor’s Degree and four (4) years’ experience in a relevant field.  A Master’s degree is preferred.

This is a temporary part time position.  MPCA will base the salary for the position on the regular number of hours worked and a wage rate of $30.08 – 37.60 per hour.  Benefits are negotiable.
