About the Training

The Uniform Data System (UDS) webinar training will cover the preparation of the 2017 UDS Report. This training will take place online on Wednesday, November 29 and Thursday, November 30 from 8 am MST – 12 pm MST.

The training addresses each of the report’s tables, including a discussion of the changes that have been made and the definitions necessary to complete the report.

The UDS training is aimed at those who are responsible for gathering and reporting the data elements included in the UDS Report, as well as management and clinical staff who need to understand the definitions and concepts used, and those who use the data in their program management and quality improvement activities.

Costs and Requirements:

Registration is free for Montana CHCs and $100 per clinic for non-Montana CHCs. Registration includes two printed manuals and one electronic copy per community health center. Additional manuals are $50/each. The MPCA will provide the webinar technology and materials for the training.

Each community health center registered should choose a UDS Webinar Lead who will serve as the MPCA contact for webinar details and HRSA Expectations. The UDS Webinar Lead is expected to be the contact to receive the manuals for the health center, track attendance each day and email names and email addresses to MPCA, and download webinar technology prior to the event.

Contact Emily at esamhammer@mtpca.org for questions and payment.
