MPCA helps CHCs become Employers of Choice through training and technical assistance, including HR systems assessment, development and compliance, process improvement (Lean, PDSA, etc.), compensation and benefits, employment law, internal policies and procedures, employee engagement, etc.  MPCA helps its members recruit staff by sharing information with the National Health Service Corps, posting jobs for members, and representing Montana health centers at national recruitment fairs.

MPCA also provides T/TA in the area of leadership and management best practices.  Examples include leadership peer learning networks, leader and manager skills training, organizational frameworks and systems, operationalizing CHC initiatives such as PCMH and HRSA 19 Grant Requirements, and strategic thinking.
