2025-26 Emerging Leaders Program Application

The MPCA Emerging Leaders Program is a 7-month program that assembles a select cohort of emerging Community Health Center leaders from across MPCA Member organizations and guides them through a high-level, relevant, and applied curriculum.

The commitment form must be signed by you and your supervisor or CEO.

A confirmation will be sent by email upon receipt of your application.

YOUR DETAILS

Please describe your leadership experience (i.e. Length and type of service at a health center; formal training in leadership, management and/or quality improvement; supervision experience/strengths and challenges in this area; team leadership experience)
TUITION AND FUNDING

Participation fee is $450 and health centers must also support travel/hotel/per diem for the 3 in-person meetings. MPCA is paying the tuition cost of FutureSync (our facilitator) for up to 3 per health center participants; class size is minimum of 12 and maximum of 25.

This program is by application only, and the application deadline is August 15, 2025. You will be notified of your acceptance (or waitlist status, if applicable) by August 22, 2025 and registration fees will be due at that time.

Virtual Session 3: Tuesday, December 16, 2025, 8:30-10 a.m.
Virtual Session 4: Tuesday, January 20, 2026, 8:30-10 a.m.

COMMITMENT

In order to accomplish the Emerging Leaders Program’s objectives, full commitment and participation of each individual selected is required. Participants must attend all in-person session and those who miss more than one virtual session may be requested to leave the program. No refunds will be given.

Full support and encouragement from your employer is required in terms of financial commitment and the time to participate fully in the Emerging Leaders Program. A leadership project is required in order to complete the program.
