With the pandemic, behavioral health needs are increasing, but resources are not increasing at the same rate. The result is limited access for patients and frustration for health care staff. Please plan on joining Dr’s. Patricia Robinson and Kirk Strosahl to take stock of your current needs and resources for providing behavioral health services. You will be encouraged to reflect on your experience with integrated and siloed behavioral health care and work with your teammates to sort out the pros and cons of each approach to meeting your current needs.

KICK-OFF IN-PERSON TRAINING:   Rock Creek Resort, Red Lodge, MT

In this 1.5-day kick-off meeting, teams will be facilitated in a detailed process for their IBH teams, including re-visiting the models of IBH care, data concerns, engaging IBH services consistent with population-based care approach, and developing individualized action plans.

Participants will come in interdisciplinary teams, including a medical champion, an operations lead, and an integrated behavioral health lead or provider.
