Position: Full-Time Nurse Practitioner

Start Date: as soon as possible

Minimum Requirements: must have or be able to obtain a MT professional license; active & unrestricted DEA license; meet organizational privileging & credentialing requirements

We are looking to add a full-time nurse practitioner to our existing integrated care team.

Job duties include, but are not limited to the following: providing direct patient care in accordance with our board approved standards of care and providing complete & timely documentation in our electronic medical records system.

Previous work experience preferred.
